From a tender age, John’s passion for construction was nurtured by his father’s guidance. At the remarkably young age of 8, he was immersed in the field, acquiring invaluable knowledge and skills directly from his father’s tutelage. This early exposure to the intricacies of the construction industry instilled in John a deep understanding and appreciation for the craft, laying the foundation for his future success.
John pursued his education at Cal Poly, where he took some Construction Management classes but primarily focused on earning a degree in Agricultural Science. He also double minored in Wine and Viticulture, and Agricultural Business during his academic journey.
After graduation, John joined a South San Francisco contractor, where he managed their North Bay office and successfully expanded their South Bay office’s services from demolition and excavation to various aspects of civil work. John also had the privilege of being part of the design IPD teams for prestigious projects like Cathedral Hill Hospital and St. Luke’s Hospital and handled budgeting for the CMPC Davies Cancer Ward in Mission Bay.
